The Friends of the CanTeen organization was formed out of necessity to raise funds for the sole purpose of support for the operation of the CanTeen program. The Friends group an official 501c3 organization was incorporated in October 2004. The friends Board meets monthly to discuss fundraising ideas and the implementation of those ideas. All donations are tax deductible.
The Friends mission is to raise a minimum of $30,000 annually to support the other sources of funds received by the Youth Bureau.
