Then volunteer with The CanTeen for 5 hours and get one. You can always make your own!

Win a CanTeen shirt: The first Wednesday of the month, there will be a contest to win a shirt.

Volunteering Opportunities:

If you are interested in volunteering your time to better your community, we have many opportunities for you. Even if you just need to get your P.I.G. hours done, we can still help. The CanTeen goes to the North Area Meals on Wheels each month to help make desserts for people who need their meals delivered daily. The CanTeen has a Spaghetti Dinner two times a year and we also help at gift wrapping at the Great Northern Mall in November and December. The CanTeen also runs the “Children activities” in the area.

Onondaga County Health Department:

A staff from the Onondaga County Health Department comes to The CanTeen every other Monday during the school year. Trudy comes to The CanTeen to answer any health related questions that teens may have. Trudy also does HIV/AIDS testing for any teen that may need this service. She is 100% confidential.
