The CanTeen is a Teen Center for youth between the grades of 8 th – 12 th grade. The CanTeen is an after school program for teens to hang out at. If you like to shoot pool, play ping pong, play foose ball, like board games, want to hang out with your friends, shoot basketball, sit on the picnic tables, or watch a movie. If you like donuts, mac and cheese, Ramen noodles, kool aid, dinners...
Then The CanTeen is a place you should check out and see if you would enjoy.
All that we ask is that you come to the CanTeen once... check it out and see if you like it.
Please do not form your opinions about The CanTeen from others, see for yourself what it is like.

Girl are red, Boys are blue... that means, you are not allowed to kiss others, hug for too long of a time and you are not allowed to show any Public Displays of Affection (PDA). You are allowed to hold hands and be in a relationship, if you choose to be.
Also, please respect personal and public property and The CanTeen's alcohol and drug free environment.
*If you choose to disregard these expectations you will be held accountable for your actions by The CanTeen staff or volunteers and may be asked to take a “vacation” away from The CanTeen.
If you are interested in volunteering your time to better your community, we have many opportunities for you. Even if you just need to get your P.I.G. hours done, we can still help. The CanTeen goes to the North Area Meals on Wheels each month to help make desserts for people who need their meals delivered daily. The CanTeen has a Spaghetti Dinner two times a year and we also help at gift wrapping at the Great Northern Mall in November and December. The CanTeen also hosts the Children's Activity Areas, or "Fun Zones," for the local festivals in the Spring and early Summer.
